This lovely cookbook was a birthday gift from a friend. Bill Granger is very much a cook for our times. His recipes are deceptively simple, and rely on first class ingredients to give maximum flavour. Unlike many other restauranters who have turned to writing cook books, his recipes are ideal for the home cook and will be enjoyed by the whole family. My favourite recipe in this book is the one for Red onion and Feta cheese tart. Yum!
