Ouran High School Host Club Paperback

Part of the Ouran High School series
Mei, wanting Haruhi to face up to her feelings, leaves out a magazine that has a checklist for determining whether a girl is in love.
As Haruhi reads through the checklist, she realizes that one host may have captured her heart without her even knowing.
In this screwball romantic comedy, Haruhi, a poor girl at a rich kids' school, is forced to repay an $80,000 debt by working for the schools swankiest, all male club, as a boy.
There she discovers just how wealthy the six members are and how different the rich are from everybody else.

As Haruhi's feelings for Tamaki become more undeniable the impetuous for her revelation comes from a strange source. Once realized they take Haruhi in a strange direction no one could have imagined, from apathy to full activity. With such long lapses between reading volumes sometimes it is easy to forget just how cute this series is. This volume is a memorable one for its revelations and surprising ending. You have to wonder how Haruhi will respond. The artwork is always nice and I love the manga-ka's little aside comments, like the one in the panel with Haruhi running away from her feelings for Tamaki that says "for some reason there are flowers flying around". Also momentous is that Mori had a full sentence! Amazing.I'll be looking forward to the next volume to see how Hikaru's declaration goes over.

Another great volume. In this volume, one of the Host Club members finally comes to a realization about love.

I love Ouran so much. There's so much freaking plot development in this volume. Haruhi is the cutest. Hikaru being torn in separate ways... Tamaki makes me laugh all the freaking time. I just love Ouran. It makes me very very happy.
