Crush It! : Why Now is the Time to Cash in on Your Passion Hardback
Gary Vaynerchuk has captured attention with his pioneering, multi-faceted approach to personal branding and business.
After primarily utilizing traditional advertising techniques to build his family's local wine business into a national industry leader, Gary rapidly leveraged social media tools such as Twitter and Facebook to promote Wine Library TV, his video blog about wine.
As his viewership swelled to over 80,000 a day, and the wine business grew to over $60 million a year, he began making national TV appearances including the "Today Show", "Late Night With Conan O'Brien", and "Ellen", consulting for Fortune 100 companies, and giving keynote speeches around the world.
Gary's dual identity as both business guru and wine guy has made him the 'Social Media Sommelier'.

I listened to the audible version which was great! I really enjoyed Gary's "off the script" additions.

Gary Vaynerchuk's debut book packs plenty of passionate punch!!! He is as passionate about what he does as he is about wine. When you read this book you are reading what is in Gary's heart. He pulls no punches and offers no magic beans, no smoke and mirrors, just a plain old common sense approach to the success he now enjoys. Recommended reading for everyone. Whether you like his message or not, there are golden nuggets in this book that anyone will appreciate.

Gary nails it about why your personal brand matters in the long run. The book is very fast-paced, in authentic Gary style.Don't expect groundbreaking stuff, but Gary does convince you to use the new medium of business - social networking sites like Facebook et al to your advantage. Now is the time, he says.
