I borrowed this book from a friend, and used it so much she let me keep it. It has a good variety of recipes, all fairly easy to prepare, and with clear instructions. The colour index shows how each dish looks, which is helpful when you're wondering what to cook as sometimes the recipe alone isn't enough to get a feel for the end product. It also has a useful section on basic sauces. Many vegetarian recipe books suffer from one of two propblems - they are either the same old same old which every vegetarian is bored of, or they are bizarre & complicated and seem to hail from the 1970s. This book strikes the right balance in between.
