So, another volume concerning the events of Zero Year. Gotham City has three main problems. FIrst, the Super Storm Rene is bearing down on Gotham. Second, a guy called Dr. Death is taking scientists (most who work for Wayne Enterprises) and killing them by making their bones grow out of control. And third, Riddler is terrorizing the city and wants to even take over Gotham City entirely. Not to mention the fact that Police Commissioner Loeb is still going after Batman with a vengeance. The TPB is interesting because there is so much more Bruce Wayne and less Batman in it. And Bruce hasn’t quite learned how to hide the inner Bat inside himself quite yet. Finally the end of the Zero Year story was oh so, so sad. Although the short story after that was quite cute. Overall this was a really good TPB with a very interesting story and pretty good art as well.I got this advanced galley through Netgalley on behalf of DC Entertainment
