The recipes don't call for terribly hard-to-get items, and they look lush. Looking forward to getting my own copy and trying them out.My only quibble is the recipes don't often mention if they can be frozen. I still wish for a recipe book that allows for smaller quantities and/or if the batter can be frozen for a period before cooking.
