I love this cookie book! So far I have worked my way through 4 different cookies and one hermit recipe and they all came out super delicious! My family members did not know that they were vegan and there were only two cookies in the bag the next day. The recipes are simple to follow and my favorite part - there are lots of pictures! Some of the recipes call for specialty ingredients but most of the recipes are easy to make. Yummy - I'm going to go make another cookie now!

Have made several recipes from this book including Chai Shortbread and Fig Bars. I love the variety of recipes and their ease. I would like more pictures though.
