5LBs in 5 Days by Jason Vale serves as an easy to follow juice detox guide with a good amount of wonderful recipes. The first half of the book was very informative and interesting as Vale share nutritional facts of the juice detox method and common myths about eating and drinking fruits and vegetables. Overall, it was an inspirational read, but I was somewhat uncertain regarding a few of Vale's claims and theories. A great book to have if you are starting a juice routine.* This book was provided by the author and/or its publisher in exchange for a honest review.
