This is a great outline to a boxing workout; it's usable alone, but best if you combine the listed workout with some time spent with a trainer in the gym (if for no other reason than to have someone check your handwraps!).

Great basic info. Joe Frazier has some advice that might make some personal trainers protest but who are you going to believe, some bozo at the gym or the former undisputed world heavyweight champion?
