As a life-long health buff, I’m always on the look-out for exceptional books on how to stay healthy, slim, and disease free. And among these concerns, foremost is the Sisyphean task of trying to lose weight (I say “trying” because it’s usually more a futile effort than achieving actual results). That’s why Julia Buckley’s book, ‘The Fat Burn Revolution’ grabbed me at the get-go: it had me at “boost your metabolism” and that breath-taking keyword “fast”.The book ‘The Fat Burn Revolution’ doesn’t waste time or page space—it immediately gets into the meat of things. Author Julia apparently knows what she writes about—a professional fitness expert and trainer who is a “walking proof” of everything she expounds in this book, Julia exhorts and inspires and doesn’t flinch when it comes to the ugly truths about most “weight loss fads.” Moreover, what’s so exciting about Julia Buckley’s book is that at one glance, you realize this is something you actually can do.
