Josie Nightingale is determined to help others and wants a life outside of the family resort. Eric 'Scooter' Wilson has always admired her from afar and while he'd like to take things further he's certain her wealthy father wouldn't approve of her marrying a lowly mechanic. Josie can't see how she can fulfil her dreams and be a wife, so she's resisting a relationship. When Scooter bails her out of jail he uses this to gently try to keep and eye on her and keep her out of trouble. Entertaining, light but not bad.
