Titus's Troublesome Tooth Paperback
Illustrated by Gwyneth Williamson
Titus the Goat has a terrible toothache. All the farmyard animals are happy to help him get rid of his troublesome tooth, but poor Titus doesn't want his tooth pecked, butted or pulled out.
He grouches and grumbles and grouches and grumbles until Sadie the Hen provides him with some shocking news.
The farmer has called The Vet! This lively, humorous tale by Linda Jennings is perfectly complemented by Gwyneth Williamson's zany illustrations.

Titus’s Troublesome Tooth“Titus’s Troublesome Tooth” by Linda Jennings and Gwyneth Williamson is a catchy little book that provides some humor to young readers. The writing is engaging as the reader learns about Titus eating everything…… “he even ate Farmer Harry’s underwear off the washing line!” young readers will be sure to laugh at the mention of underwear and remain interested in what comes next. Each page is fully illustrated with the main idea of the text; however, little text is printed on each page. Phrases such as “ooh-er no thanks” and “He ran and ran and grouched and grumbled” are repeated frequently and provide opportunity for students to participate in the reading. The plot is suspenseful as pages are turned to see how Titus will get rid of his troublesome tooth while experiencing many different farm animals along his way. The big idea is the adventure of how to remove Titus’s Troublesome Tooth.
