Another of the crappy books read just because they were available. The book is as cliched and crappy as its title. I was tired to read again and again how perfect Parker is, the 'pedigree', how wonderful friendships are and so on. The conflict, if it ever were included, was dealt in such an hurried manner that it is ineffectual and realistic. All the books in this quartet invariably en similarly, girls turn frosty and men succumb in the end with diamond ring too quick to be stringing any heart strings. Boo! Such a waste of writing talent! Woman does research and can weave words - but in such forumala-ridden package it doesn't mean a thing. What a waste.
