Documentary about the college radio station WSOU. Set up in 1948, WSOU is a non-commercial radio station broadcast out of Seton Hall University in South Orange, New Jersey.

Since 1986 the station has played solely hard rock and metal music and here former DJ Bill Rock tells the story of how it all began.

Interviews with rock legends including Tom Araya, Neil Fallon, Killswitch Engage and Lamb of God are featured in the documentary.
