What she says makes sense and the recipes are full of sugar-free ideas, I'm going to do my best to reduce my sugar intake, but this book is in demand and I have to give it back. I think as my liver is struggling there are principles in this book that I need to apply. Regarding sugar as a treat rather than a staple is good but I'm not sure about how drastic she is.Interesting, worth a read, thought provoking.
