Death to PowerPoint! Program Director from the World Bank learns that giving people lots of information and showing them lots of charts communicates very little (if communcation effectiveness is measured by effected change). Whereas a 29-word story provides the pivot point that begins a cultural change across a very conservative organization. A little laboured, and sometimes over-written, the book itself is a useful story for Change and Knowledge Managers everywhere - if only to give credibility to right-brained, creative management.
