Excellent Grilling 101 & 102 type instruction. Great starter book for those getting into grilling, or anyone who wants to take their grilling to the next level. Includes all types of meats, and explanations of what cuts work best for certain types of meals.

As far as we're concerned this is THE cookbook for grilling! I can't tell you how much my husband loves it. We use it all the time.
