A bit "sunshine & showers", this one. Has it's moment of gripping interest & some entries are positively dull. Clearly a limited reference base has been used & this becomes increasingly obvious, the more is read. Has some good entries with regards to sacred texts & artifacts. Some interest to those who have an esoteric interest in the history of natural history. Would not get again, & does not seem to be the seminal readable mythology text I was hoping for.
