DVD

Description

A triple bill of stop-motion Seasonal favourites. In 'Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer' (1964), join Sam the Snowman (voice of Burl Ives) as he tells us the enchanting story of Rudolph's magical adventures on the Island of the Misfit Toys.

Will he return in time to help Santa guide his sleigh through the snowstorm? 'Santa Claus is Comin' To Town' (1970) features the voice of Mickey Rooney as Santa Claus and is narrated by the enchanting Fred Astaire.

The story centres around an orphan boy, Kris Kringle (Rooney) and how he turned into the Santa Claus we all know and love today.

Also featured with the title film is the bonus feature entitled 'The Little Drummer Boy', the classic story of the young, orphaned Drummer Boy who has no gifts to give the new-born baby Jesus except a song on his drum.

Finally, in 'Frosty the Snowman' (1969), it's party time for Karen (June Foray) and her friends, when they discover their snowman 'Frosty' has come to life on Christmas Eve!

But will they be able to save Frosty from the sunshine and escape the clutches of the evil Professor Hinckle, who wants to steal Frosty's magical hat?
