Description

Documentary about the life and work of fashion designer Yves Saint-Laurent, focusing particularly on his relationship with Pierre Bergé, his lover and business partner of 50 years.

The film traces Saint-Laurent's career from its beginnings in the 1950s at the House of Dior, where he began as an assistant to Christian Dior before taking over the brand at the age of just 21 following Dior's death in 1957, and on to his subsequent fame and enduring influence within the world of fashion.
