Description

Adaptation of the classic tale in which a young orphan, Pollyanna, goes to stay with her rich but bitter Aunt Polly.

Soon Pollyanna introduces mirth and mayhem into her new home, encouraging the local inhabitants to look on the bright side of life, and generally warming the hearts of all those she meets.

Previously filmed with Mary Pickford and Hayley Mills in the title role, this current adaptation stars Georgina Terry and moves the action from America to early 20th century England.
