  • A great read. I saw the program on the TV and i feel the book is a great compliment but you have to see the program first.

  • Note that the "bad" reviews were by people who did not follow the instructions to their fully. Very few people have the self dissapline to follow these rules. For example, if you take the time to do the tapping exercise to overcome a craving the craving will have passed. But do anything that takes your mind away for 10 minutes and your monkey mind will tend to forget the craving. As I said, most people don't have the fortitude to actually take McKenna's advise.I am using some of the tools because they do what I need. The tools I can't bother to use don't seem to work, duh.
