  • Colorful pictures with rhyming text good for toddler age. Not great, but definitely ok.

  • This book starts with a poem describing the jungle and looking for animals. On the journey through the jungle they find chimps, lions, rhinos, elephants, zebras, giraffes and many, many more. Each animal has its own poem about the animal’s behavior, eating habits or sounds. Then it ends with another poem that is a night time poem and leaves all the animals to sleepThis is a cute, will illustrated book. It is brightly colored with bold illustrations that catch the eye. The individual animal poems are clever and informative. This book allows lots of potential for reader actions and sounds.1. This would be a great introduction for a jungle animal’s lesson. They could cut and paste the sound with the animal.2. You could also use this as a poem introduction. They could pick an animal and make a rhyming poem.

  • this book is a rhyming book that is easy to read. its somewhat of a learning book, it tells about aniamls in the jungle, like the dinosaur book. i really like all of these books, with the rhyming and the wonderful colors and the way that the animals are drawn.
