Delivery options, rates and terms
We offer FREE UK delivery on all orders when you choose to have them sent to your local Hive Store for you to collect. We also offer FREE Standard UK delivery if you spend over £15. There are no delivery charges for digital downloads (eBooks)
Delivery times
- Standard (second class): 2-5 days from date of dispatch (allow 24 hours for dispatch)
- Express (first class): 1-2 days from date of dispatch (allow 24 hours for dispatch)

It usually takes around 24 hours to get your Hive Store item(s) ready to send. Once they are ready, we will dispatch them from our warehouse. The delivery times given are from date of dispatch, not from when you place your order. For more information, please see our terms and conditions.
Can I change my delivery address after I've ordered?
Unfortunately once the order is placed and acknowledged you will be unable to change the delivery address. If your order has not been despatched, you can cancel it (go to My Account) and then place a new order for the correct delivery address. Delivery to other EU countries
We deliver to the following EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and UK & the Channel Islands.
Some products may be restricted to certain countries, we will notify you during the checkout process if any restrictions apply.
Whilst we deliver within the EU, payment can only be made by credit cards issued by UK banks. If you live within the EU and have a credit card issued by a UK bank, and registered to a UK address, we will be able to accept your order and deliver to any address within the EU.
Delivery charges for EU deliveries:
- Books: £4.99 per item
- DVDs and music CDs : £3.99 per item
Items are sent by surface mail and delivery usually takes 7-14 working days from dispatch.
More delivery information
- We do not take any money from your card until your order is ready to send.
- Books and DVDs and music CDs may be sent separately.
- Delivery is by Royal Mail or equivalent carrier
- We are not able to deliver to airports.
- We are not able to deliver outside the EU.
