Description
Frank Carveth's wife, Nola (Samantha Eggar), is being treated at an institute run by Dr Raglan. After Nola's parents are killed in a series of brutal murders, Frank comes to suspect that his wife and Raglan are involved. In fact, a group of cloned midgets are responsible, spurred on by Nora's psychopathic rages. As no-one else will believe him, it is up to Frank to stop them.
