How to order online

It's easy to order from Hive. Choose from a great range of books,eBooks, DVDs, CD’s and stationery items.

You can also be among the first to enjoy new titles with our pre-order service. Just order what you want and we’ll send it to you the day it’s released.

Step 1: Browse the site and find what you want to buy. To put the items in your basket, click Add to basket. This doesn't commit you to buying anything - you can always take things out of your basket later.

Step 2: Once you've finished shopping, click My basket in the top right-hand corner. You'll see everything in your basket and can take things out or add new things before going to the Checkout.

If you've already registered with Hive Store, simply log in. If you're a new customer, set up a Hive account - it's very simple and quick. We just ask for your name, email address and a password. This means it will be quicker to buy next time.

Step 3: At the Checkout, we ask where you want your items delivered and how you're going to pay. This information will be encrypted to keep it secure. Find out more about the delivery options Hive offers

Step 4: We send you an order confirmation email showing:

• what you've ordered
• the estimated delivery date
• how much it costs
• any delivery charges

We don't take any money from your card until your items are ready to send to you.

Once we've got authorisation from your card provider, we'll email you to say we're processing your order.
