However, we do offer the ability to see product prices 'converted' into EU Euros and US $ as an indicative guide to their value. These prices are for guidance only and may differ to those shown on your credit card statement and charged by your credit card issuer. Payment will only be taken from your credit/debit card when your order is despatched.

The prices displayed in your shopping basket and confirmed in your order confirmation email will be those charged when your order is despatched.

Multi-buy offers

Prices exclude postage and packing. Promotions apply to listed titles only, which are subject to change and availability. If you choose to purchase a product from a multi-buy offer, but do not purchase enough products to qualify for the special discount, the product will be charged at the normal price. Please note that on 3 for 2 promotions (and other multi-buy offers), the lowest priced title will always be the 'free' item.

Pre-order price promise

If you pre-order a book and the price either rises or drops before the publication date, you will always pay the lower price when we debit your credit card on despatch of the item. Please note, this only applies up until the publication date and any further price reductions can not be applied retrospectively.

VAT rates

All prices on our site are inclusive of UK VAT (currently 20%) where applicable. Please note, books are not subject to VAT, however for items where partial or full 20% needs to be applied the VAT is included in the selling prices reflected on our website. Full VAT items include eBooks, eReaders, DVDs, Music CDs other non-book products.
