Search on Hive is simple and easy to use.

We have an auto-complete search facility which will display the most relevant products as each letter is typed, this is not restricted to a specific product range. The search box is on the top right hand side of the page. Search can be restricted by product type (Book, DVD, eBook etc), title, author, ISBN (for book products) and EAN (DVDs).

Search results can filtered by product type, Best Selling, date of publication and alphabetically.

The ISBN (International Standard Book Number) is unique to each book and the edition of that book. If you have the ISBN, this will either be a 10 or 13 digit number, this should return just one result.

ISBN's moved to 13 digits a couple of years ago and our site works using the 13 digits as this is the more commonly used ISBN, so sometimes the 10 digit ISBN may not return any results.

If this is the case, please try searching again by Author or title. Most ISBNs now start with 97.

DVDs can be searched by EAN (barcode), Title, Director and Actor.

We have millions of titles in our catalogue so the more specific your search terms are, the more relevant the results will be.
