The recipes are broken down by geographical location and basic types, that give the reader an exciting bunch of entrees in each category. I really enjoyed the laid back approach to good food and good living that I felt right from the second I opened the cover. The recipes are easy to follow and understand, very simple with some unbelievable food combinations, and suggestions right in the description for even more substitutes.
