John Bald, a man losing the battle with the bottle, is sent on a secret mission all over the world to stop a terrorist cell set on stealing American technology.I listened to the audiobook read by Josh Cohen. Josh seemed to get into the book as he was reading it, which made listening to the book more interesting. All in all, I thought the book was well written, if a little slow in some places. Some of the narrating was a little confusing, especially at the start when the characters were being introduced, and the ending was a bit disappointing, I felt like Chris could not work out the best way to end the book and took the easy way out.Full of action and adventure, and just a bit of smut added in, I enjoyed listening to this book and will listen to additional books written by Chris Ryan.
