What Lily doesn't tell Anubis is that since she's left Amon she has known something went wrong.

Lily can feel Amon's pain and she's been having dreams, dreams filled with Amon fighting awful beasts and crying out in agony.

She will do whatever it takes to save him. For his life means more to her than anything in the world, which may not exist if she doesn't bring him back home.
