Brilliant - saw a copy of this at my sister's earlier this year and wanted a copy; found it in Costco this weekend at £12.99, bargain! Already browsing through the first few pages seen half a dozen soups I must try and it feels like this is going to become, like Nigel Slater, Elizabeth David and a handful of others, one of my cookery bookshelf standard reference works.
