Simone Strasser (Krieps) is a French citizen working as a translator for the Nazis in occupied La Rochelle.

When her radio operator brother asks her to cover for him while he is away on a mission, Simone finds herself caught up in the French Resistance but must keep her new role a secret from her Nazi bosses.
