A good book if you can devote between 30 to 90 minutes for exercise plus time for cooking for 12 weeks 6 days per week. Morey emphasizes weight lifting,nutrition and sleep in his program. He says he gained weight for the purpose of losing it for this book. I wish he had included photos of him exercising while at the increased weight. It would have added more credibility to his claims. Beyond that criticism the book does a good job explaining itself and what it wants the reader to do. This program is not for the couch potato, nor is it a low commitment book. Therefor the book is not for me and search continues for a diet book that fits my life style.
