Review by RajivC
I liked the book when I started to read it. It seemed interesting enough, but then it transformed itself essentially into a bunch of meetings with witches in the USA and England. The focus was on the USA. While this is interesting enough, there was not enough to hold my attention, as I would have liked to have seen some more research/ material into the history of Wicca, it's origins, why it was perceived as something evil, and why the witches were tried. It would have been nice to have seen how the religion/practice has transformed itself into the current expression of Wicca. For me, this is a book with a lot of unfulfilled potential
