The Saturday Kitchen CookbookOver 100 Simple but Impressive Recipesfrom the Country's Top Chefswith James Martin This cookbook is creative, funny, impressive and completely yummy. The recipes are delivered by 30 top chiefs and the Heaven and Hell section gives a new meaning to food critic. I found each recipe to be easy to follow and the ingredients well presented. I also fell totally in love with the pictures through out each recipe showing the process from preparation to entree. I enjoyed the lively energy and true celebration of food that this multilevel delight brings with it and would recommend it to anyone who loves to make a statement in the kitchen. Awesome job, James.
