This one is a break from the serious stuff. Hilarious and well written it's well worth reading. Beginner bounty hunter meets problems - not least of which is that the guy she's after is a childhood sweetheart and she still fancies the pants off him!I've since read some of the sequels and they are also quite fun.

I finally caved in and had a look at this much-lauded series. I can definitely see what all the fuss is about. The heroine is awesome! But I rally don't get how anyone could like morelli. Maybe their childhood experience hit a bit too close to home for comfort, but if I were to run into a man like him again after all this time, I'd do more than run him over, let me assure you! Her chick-litty clumsiness is adorable. I'll keep rading he for a bit more.

Excellent start to a series, I'd heard a lot about the Stephanie Plum books and I wasn't disappointed.

This was a surprisingly absorbing read. Light entertainment to be sure, but well written, fast placed with just the right sense of mystery and a well-realised, interesting central character. Fun.
