Cidra, a Wolf in Saints clothing, wants to be a true Saint. After a bit of research (she's an archivist, after all), she comes to the conclusion that her best hope of achieving her goal lies in tracing alien myths back to an ancient device. But in order to track down the actual device she needs a guide and transportation.Enter Teague Severance, fellow Wolf, postman and adventurer. Severance may have grudgingly agreed to let Cidra on board his ship, but he has a few plans for the innocent Saint - and they sure don't involve Sainthood.I was so pleased to see this reissued, as I've tried in the past to track it down and failed. A fluffy, but entertaining read - classic Krentz stands up very well to the challenge of today's in-vogue vampires and werewolves.

Interesting sci-fi romance with lots of adventure and creative beings. Most of the hero and heroine's behavior in the relationship throughout the story seemed mature especially at the end. Cidra was raised in serenity and asks adventurer Severance to take her on a quest to find her missing component for inner peace.
