Rhonda Twidle (now Mitchell) worked with young people as a Support Worker in Tyneside and a Learning Mentor in a Leeds High School before spending five years as Probation Officer, including a secondment to a Family Intervention Project.

She is now working with young people and families in Leeds as a Child and Adolescent Mental Health Practitioner.
