I had the first edition and then the third edition. I now own the Fifth edition and glad I could finally get it. My Third edition was falling apart from use, and this one is already being highlighted, written in and used on a regular basis. My friends and family know to call me and ask "What does that big book say about...??..." before going anywhere else.I highly recommend this book to all. I will be attempting to stay caught up with editions in the future, but even if you don't, much of the information from the other editions can be supplemented with on line searches at places such as WebMD and such.
