This novel is an exciting romp back and forth through time between Elizabethan England and the present.
Both serious and hilarious the story revolves around a scholar, Marco, attempting to do his doctorate on the Shake-speare authorship controversy.
The establishment eschews his efforts but his friends and lovers, and specifically a mysterious 'gizmo' seem to help him find his way to the bitter truth which uncovers a huge political cover-up during and after the reign of Elizabeth, and as well in his own life personal information.
