Review by KaterinaBead
Another thrilling volume of educational trivia aimed at the Young Adult set. The clever cartoons by Philip Reeve make the info go down easy. How I wish I'd had the Horrible Histories to crib from when I had to pass history tests, instead of reading for pleasure. I've really liked all the Horrible Histories, but the Queen Elizabeth I was my favorite, mostly because I burst out laughing whenever I remember how Reeve captured an impatient and snotty look upon her royal face when she had to keep telling everyone she didn't want to get married... highly re3commended.
