Description

When young Eurocrat Hans Joachim Dorfmann (Waltz) finds himself in a new job in Brussels, he struggles to cope with the stress placed on him by British diplomat Michael Spearpoint (Richardson) and director-general Jean-Luc Villeneuve (Jacques Sereys).

While working an assignment to rid the market of a vast amount of rotting plums, Hans is approached by a mysterious fixer by the name of Vlad (Sayle) and begins to suspect widespread corruption all around him.
