Description
Charlie Chaplin's 'little tramp' falls in love with a blind flower girl (Virginia Cherrill) and befriends a drunken millionaire (Harry Meyers).
He takes on odd jobs to pay for an operation to return the flower girl's sight but gets the bulk of the money from the millionaire, whose life he has saved.
When sober, however, the millionaire accuses the tramp of stealing the money and he is sent to prison.
