Description

When US Fish and Wildlife Service officer Cory Lambert (Renner) discovers the frozen corpse of 18-year-old Native American Natalie (Kelsey Chow) on the Wind River Indian Reservation the FBI are called in to investigate the possible homicide.
Rookie special agent Jane Banner (Olsen) is dispatched from Las Vegas to lead the case and calls on Cory to guide her through the small Wyoming town and the surrounding winter wilderness.
Banner begins by questioning Natalie's family, close friends and acquaintances but it seems she and Cory are wildly unprepared for the treacherous world she's about to enter into.
