A collection of heartfelt poems written during the COVID-19 Pandemic accompanied by some fabulous recipes to keep you well fed during a lockdown. The author is Leonard Thomas, husband and Consort to the current Mayor of Bolton, Linda Thomas. Their mayoral year started whilst Leonard was shielding so Linda tasked him with writing a poem a day. Once completed, the local celebrity chef Mike Harrison pulled together a fantastic collection of recipes from local chefs and restaurants and collated into this glorious collection of warm words and yummy food!
