A little bit about us

Founded way back in March 2011, Beccles Books is an independent bookshop located in the historic market town of Beccles on the banks of the River Waveney in Suffolk. With thousands of books on a wide range of subjects in stock, most at half retail price or less, we aim to combine value for money with solid customer service to create a local bookshop with a national appeal.

If the book you require is not in stock we can order it for you, even if it is out of print, and the majority of orders arrive the next day. With a regular programme of author events throughout the year as well, we think we have something for everyone so why not drop in and see for yourself?
