Marcus Wareing’s contribution to British food and inspiring the next generation of cookery talent has led him to be one of the most respected and acclaimed chefs and restaurateurs in Britain today.  At the helm of many of London’s most iconic restaurants, his three restaurants – the two Michelin-starred Marcus at The Berkeley, The Gilbert Scott and Tredwell’s are all highly acclaimed. His list of accolades is very, very long, including Young Chef of the Year, a Michelin star at the age of 25, Chef of the Year, Restaurateur of the Year, Best Restaurant of the Year, the winner of the first Michelin star for the Savoy Grill in the hotel’s history, and so it goes on. A familiar face on our TV screens, Marcus is also a judge of MasterChef: The Professionals where he can showcase his expertise to contestants and viewers alike.
