* Since the last major update in October 2020, ten cafes, restaurants and shops closed for good because of Covid-19, which I replaced with new ones. Temporary closures and currently restricted opening hours have not been taken into account because this book is mainly aimed at tourists who will not travel again until the current restrictions have been relaxed.
