Carol is the founder of I Care Solutions, formed to educate and equip grieving individuals. I Care Solutions also improves the lives of the broken and disenfranchised. She's a Registered Nurse, Author, Speaker, Advanced Grief Recovery Method Specialist, Ordained Elder, and former radio talk show host. She's had the opportunity to serve as Director of Education for the HIV/AIDS Awareness Program and Founder/President of Jewels Causing Change for Christ Women's Ministry. Lord has allowed Carol to share the message of hope globally. She believes her steps are ordered by the Lord and lives by the motto, "If I can help somebody as I pass along the way, then my living shall not be in vain."
